December ends with an infectious and lighthearted vibe of celebration.. no wonder, given that it is the holiday season for many of us! Fire rules at this time, fuelling our passions and imbuing us with creativity. Action, movement and willpower define us as we head towards 2010 full of drive, hope and expectation. We've broken free from the bonds and restriction of this year, and are looking to the future with a sense of adventure, anticipation and relief. 2009 has been hard work, and we have discovered strength and confidence that we never knew we had ;)

Earth asks that we don't allow ourselves to get carried away with the excitement of Fire, and that we take due time to assess our progress. Perhaps a change of direction is appropriate? You are still not locked into the path you are following, and jumping to a different one may be more productive. The choice is yours, and at this point in time you have the luxury of both clarity and hindsight.

These last two weeks of December usher in a turning point for many of us; an upswing in wealth and material abundance. Your finances are becoming much more stable, assuring success and security. Of course true security, like happiness, comes from within ..but a healthy bank balance often works miracles far more quickly than spiritual work can ;)

Once your home and family needs are secured, a change of scene beckons. This will come in the form of travel, a house move or even an overseas relocation. You'll be approaching these energies from a different perspective than the last time; choosing growth and discovery rather than being forced to act by disaster.

Without the constant need to attend to, and prod at your circumstances, you'll experience a wonderful sense of freedom and a hunger for life that you are finally in a position to satisfy. This bodes to be a healthy, happy new year of spiritual growth and material comfort for us all.
