As you know, Fire is great for giving some ooomph to your day.. but at the cost of maintaining serenity. Someone will incur your wrath today. Yes, they've ballsed up.. but wait. Don't get all righteously angry on their ass. You'd be well within your rights to do so.. but what? You've never made a mistake?

It's a hefty responsibilty to be in a position of judgement; power can be quite heady and corrupting. It is quite sobering to put yourself in the defendant's position, when faced with a furious You ;)

You do have a duty to mete out a *fair* punishment though.. so don't shirk on that. Strike the balance between harsh and letting them off the hook. A creative punishment should teach and offer the chance for redemption.. it should never be about revenge.

Luckily, you have the draw of charisma and respect on your side.. which will mean you get the full attention of others. You'll feel attractive, energetic and cheerful; people will want to work *with* you rather than against you.

This is a busy and rewarding day, which sees you furthering your interests and generally being awesome.. just try not to lose it ;)
