You've actually just reminded me I meant to add some things to the soul mirror section; thanks for that. :P

Hi Palehorse,
I've read a fair few of your posts now. And I've read a TON of stuff elsewhere. I have to say this post right here has all the elements I need to clear a lot of baggage and get pointed in the right direction. And I reckon it could do the same for most people: identify your mission; face down the blocks; soul mirroring to establish a new positive program; get working with energy... That should keep me occupied for the next while, then I'll come back and read more of this and other posts here. Awesome dude.

I've been hesitating about how to dive in but this one page right here has all I need to get started. I even did Tai Chi for a few years about 25 years ago, so the Tan Tien / energy work is familiar.

Thanks heaps... Dave

Hi Dave,

I haven't tried EFT myself, though I know there are people who swear by it and others who say it didn't do anything for them. IIRC it operates with the premise that emotional "stuff" can lodge in the energy body as blockages which can be manipulated a lot like physical objects, which is valid per my experience, though I don't know if tapping works to remove them.

In my experience with emotional blocks; the material involved just wants to be faced directly and acknowledged so it can move on, as emotional states are supposed to. It ends up being "big" via our resistance, denial, repression, etc. but anything like that can be dissolved pretty quickly, and it doesn't have to be traumatic or even that big a deal. A friend of mine wrote a good post on a technique called "inner dissolving" which basically involves meditating and "staring down" these blocks till they go on their own.

As a rule, I try not to make any assumptions about how easy, hard, fast or slow something "needs" to be... I just intend to get it done in the way that is the fastest and most effective that I can safely process if it's not something I want to be spending a lot of time on, and then accept that it'll be resolved when it's resolved. This has worked well for me, and given rise to a lot of my methods, so I recommend it.

Thanks for the comment. :)

Fragmentation / integration is a concept I have never heard of before and it makes a lot of sense to me.

I had already identified my list of past 'showstopper' experiences that I want to work on. You have used 'Internal Time Travel', I have seen another similar approach called 'Body Dialoguing', but I recently read about EFT. Do you have any comments on EFT as a technique - I am concerned it might be a quick fix without delivering a deeper benefit? or even worse: encouraging fragmentation?

Tapping on meridians to quickly remove fears etc sounds like great first aid or emergency measures, but can / should it be so fast and easy to release big stuff? Not that I am against easy! It just seems like spending the time needed to face it and have a 'wee chat' would be more 'right'?

Thank you for the great material you have written,
