		<description>This is an awesome technique. It&#039;s very simple and well-described; it makes sense on many levels.

It reminds me of a technique that Stuart Wilde mentions in one of his books where he concentrates a ball of stress, anxiety, and negative feelings in his hands, rolls it up and tosses it to the sun, feeling the energy transmogrify.

PS: I think this deserves to be on the Best of Beyond Within :).</description>
