I decided to show I practice what I preach, and post my experiences today utilising the insight from my psychic weather report for early February.
I said that it is time to take charge of difficult situations, and place yourself in a strong position. I had been worrying over the weekend; I had a letter from the landlord’s agents to schedule a routine house inspection. Although it is just a formality, it is something that bothers me a great deal as I highly value my privacy. Instead of worrying I called first thing this morning to arrange for them to visit today; I took charge rather than worry and delay. It went fine; I feel that I’m in a good position and not feeling like a victim. A big gripe of mine has been that I do not like renting- I have felt that it’s not secure- but I am now turning that into “I love renting, it brings me freedom!”
